Truck Dispatch Sales Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Truck Dispatch Sales Agent to join our team remotely. In this role you will promote our dispatch services to owner‑operators and trucking companies, generating new business and building lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential carriers through cold calling, social media, load boards and online platforms.
• Explain our dispatch solutions clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow‑up consistently.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable with cold calling.
• Stable internet connection and a functional laptop/headset setup.
• Experience in truck dispatch sales, freight brokerage or the trucking industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with DAT platforms.
• Familiarity with TruckStop platforms.
