About the role
We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The role involves coordinating truck drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assign loads to drivers and schedule routes for optimal efficiency.
- Monitor driver progress, load status, and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate continuously with drivers, brokers, and customers to provide updates.
- Resolve any issues that arise during transit, such as delays or equipment problems.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on truck dispatching experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite full‑time.
Required skills
- Proficiency with dispatch software platforms.
- Familiarity with online load boards.
