Truck Dispatcher – Remote

About the role

StoneBridge LLC is looking for a remote Truck Dispatcher to support local and international freight movements. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on dispatch experience, strong coordination abilities and comfort using digital communication tools. You will be responsible for scheduling drivers, monitoring loads and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers via phone, WhatsApp or dispatch software.
• Track loads and provide real‑time ETA updates to customers and brokers.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and trip reports.
• Coordinate with shippers, brokers and clients to prevent delays.
• Resolve driver issues, delays or emergencies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in truck or freight dispatching.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Ability to work night shifts when required.
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Basic understanding of safety rules and Hours of Service.
