Truck Dispatcher (US Operations)

About the role

The Truck Dispatcher will work on‑site in Lahore to coordinate and schedule freight loads that travel across the United States. You will act as the communication hub between drivers, brokers and the operations team, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for U.S. routes, monitoring real‑time progress.
• Communicate load details, rate confirmations and any changes to drivers and brokers.
• Update load statuses in dispatch software and handle any issues that arise during transit.
• Manage documentation for lumper and detention pay, keeping accurate records.
• Provide clear instructions to drivers and collaborate with the operations team to optimise truck utilisation.
• Support safe and compliant operations by adhering to U.S. trucking terminology and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply‑chain education is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to U.S. time‑zone coordination.
