UK Curriculum Teacher (Grades 1-11+) - Remote

About the role

Prime Solutions & Academy is looking for experienced teachers of the UK/British curriculum to teach students from Grade 1 to Grade 11 and above. The position is full-time or part-time and remote, online. Candidates do not need to teach every subject; strong knowledge of several subjects and the ability to teach across grade levels is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the UK/British curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, tests and learning materials
• Assess student progress, identify strengths and weaknesses, and give constructive feedback
• Support students preparing for GCSE, IGCSE, O Level, A Level or equivalent exams
• Maintain records of student progress and adapt teaching to different learning styles
• Communicate professionally with parents, students and the academic team, using online teaching platforms

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, the subject or a related field
• 2+ years of teaching experience preferred; experience with Grade 1-11+ and with GCSE, IGCSE, O Level or A Level is highly preferred
• Strong spoken and written English, and excellent communication and classroom-management skills
• Reliable, punctual and committed to student success
• Willingness to provide identity, qualification, employment and safeguarding documents

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the UK/British curriculum
• Lesson planning and assessment skills
• Comfortable teaching online and using digital tools
• Preferred: UK teaching experience, British or international school experience, and a recognised qualification such as QTS, PGCE or iQTS
