UK Market Sales Executive - Auto & Engine Parts

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is hiring a UK Sales Executive for auto parts and engine parts on behalf of one of its leading clients. The position is full-time, based in Karachi, with UK business hours and a salary of PKR 115,000 to 120,000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates). It suits someone who handles many sales inquiries and orders and builds long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries from UK customers by phone, email and online platforms.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and follow up on quotations and pending orders.
• Process and manage 100 to 200 customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Help customers identify suitable engine parts, vehicle components and auto parts.
• Create, upload and maintain product listings across online sales channels.
• Build customer relationships and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams for order fulfillment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or order processing.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of engine parts, automotive spare parts or vehicle components.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling high-volume orders and keeping customer records.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently; willing to work UK business hours.
• Preferred: previous experience with the UK market, automotive, e-commerce or B2B sales, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy and ability to use online systems.
• Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems, order management software and online marketplaces.
