About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Umrah Sales Representative to join our Lahore office. In this full‑time position you will guide UK‑based clients through every step of their Umrah journey, from package selection to visa processing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from UK clients.
• Explain Umrah packages, flight options, hotel accommodations, and visa procedures.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the booking process.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and Umrah requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Umrah or travel sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills in English.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Professional attitude with strong follow‑up and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
