Umrah Travel Consultant (Islamabad)

About the role

Dar Al Maqaam Travel & Tours is seeking a motivated Umrah Travel Consultant to join its Islamabad office. You will guide clients through every step of their Umrah journey, ensuring compliance with the latest rituals, regulations, and travel requirements while delivering a high‑standard, personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their Umrah travel needs and provide tailored advice based on current rituals and policies.
• Design, organize, and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and ancillary services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Hajj and Umrah regulations, visa requirements, health protocols, and travel documentation.
• Handle bookings, prepare quotations, and produce accurate client documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to Umrah services.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality with a focus on Umrah or Hajj services.
• Fluent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Umrah and Hajj rituals, visa processes, and health requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, six‑day work week environment.
