About the role
Digitally Hatch is seeking a proactive Upwork Bidder to manage its client acquisition pipeline on freelance platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into paying US clients.
Key responsibilities
- Write and submit tailored proposals on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Qualify incoming leads and manage end‑to‑end client communication.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets for assigned profiles.
- Collaborate with tech and design teams to accurately scope project requirements.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of bidding experience on Upwork or comparable freelance marketplaces.
- Strong written English; proposals are the core of the role.
- Basic understanding of web, design, and digital services to set realistic scopes.
- Comfortable working with targets and handling rejection.
