About the role
We are seeking an experienced US Truck Dispatcher to join our Lahore office. You will manage freight operations across the United States, ensuring drivers, brokers, and shippers are coordinated for timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Find and book profitable loads for truck drivers.
- Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and drivers.
- Plan routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor shipments and provide real‑time updates.
- Negotiate freight rates and maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Resolve delivery issues to keep operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of US truck dispatch experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good understanding of US trucking operations, Hours of Service (HOS) and logistics.
- Ability to work night shifts (5 pm–2 am US time zones).
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with load board platforms.
- Proficiency in dispatch software.
