US Truck Dispatcher – Onsite in Lahore

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US Truck Dispatcher to join our team on‑site in Lahore. The role involves managing freight movements for US‑based carriers, ensuring loads are booked profitably and shipments are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Search, negotiate and book profitable loads using DAT, TruckStop and other load boards.
• Negotiate rates with freight brokers and maintain strong relationships.
• Dispatch drivers, monitor shipments and adjust routes as needed.
• Plan routes, appointment schedules and ensure compliance with delivery windows.
• Resolve delivery issues, communicate with drivers and brokers, and keep dispatch records up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on US truck dispatch experience.
• Experience with Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed or Power‑Only trucks.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, HOS, detention, TONU and layover concepts.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be based in Lahore for onsite work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DAT Load Board.
• Proficiency with TruckStop.
• Understanding of FMCSA regulations.
• Knowledge of HOS (Hours of Service) rules.
• Familiarity with detention, TONU and layover handling.
• Rate negotiation expertise.
