About the role
We are looking for an experienced US Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Lahore. The role involves coordinating freight transportation for US‑based trucking companies, ensuring loads are booked, routes are optimized, and deliveries are on time.
Key responsibilities
- Find and book loads for truck drivers.
- Coordinate daily operations with brokers, shippers, and drivers.
- Plan efficient routes and schedules across US time zones.
- Track shipments, monitor progress, and guarantee timely deliveries.
- Negotiate freight rates and maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Update dispatch software and handle required paperwork.
- Resolve any delivery or logistics issues that arise.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of US truck dispatch experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with US trucking regulations and time‑zone differences.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours.
