About the role
We are looking for a motivated Vendor Relations Specialist to join Mahir Company's HVAC team. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with HVAC technicians and service providers to ensure high‑quality home services across Pakistan.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard qualified HVAC technicians and service providers.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with technicians.
- Support technician training initiatives and drive quality improvements.
- Conduct market visits to generate leads and assess service standards.
- Coordinate with the operations team to monitor service delivery and resolve issues.
Required profile
- Diploma in HVAC (mandatory).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to perform market visits and interact with technicians.
