Vice President, Onboarding & Servicing – Retail Banking Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Onboarding & Servicing will lead the strategic direction and day‑to‑day operations of account onboarding, ATM networks and cash management within Mashreq Bank’s Retail Banking Operations. Reporting to the EVP Global Head of Retail Banking Operations, this senior leader ensures efficient, secure and compliant service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for account opening, servicing, ATM operations and cash management.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of professionals.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial performance of the relevant departments.
• Implement robust risk‑management practices for cash handling and ATM activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing account onboarding, ATM networks and cash management functions.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
