Warehouse Lead – Finished Goods

About the role

The Warehouse Lead – Finished Goods will manage all activities in the finished‑goods and packaging‑material stores at the Cornwala Plant. Reporting to the Senior Manager Warehouse Finished Goods & Stores, the role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient handling of inventory while supporting food‑grade quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receipt, storage planning, and outbound logistics using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance with food‑grade Quality Management Systems.
• Lead the warehouse team in advanced practices, equipment upkeep, and environment control.
• Coordinate audits, emergency response, and integrated pest management to protect finished goods.
• Generate and update activity reports, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize layout, conduct equipment inspections, and manage maintenance schedules.
• Plan manpower, create staff schedules, and ensure effective performance management.
• Handle record management, inventory coordination, and special project execution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make timely operational decisions.
