Work‑From‑Home Outbound Call Center Agent (US Financial Campaign)

About the role

This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home position supporting a US financial campaign. You will operate on a night shift, contacting prospects from Pakistan and transferring qualified leads to senior closers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200–300 outbound calls per day to US prospects.
• Engage prospects using provided scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Identify interest, qualify hot leads, and hand them over to senior closers.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs and sales targets.
• Participate in comprehensive product and sales training.
• Maintain a schedule of 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• High tolerance for rejection and ability to stay motivated.
• Active listening, quick rapport building, and target‑driven mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Good time‑management, able to work independently and within a team.
• Reliable internet connection, computer or laptop, and a noise‑free workspace.
