Zoom Host & HR Receptionist

About the role

YC Solutions is looking for a tech‑savvy Zoom Host & HR Receptionist to manage both virtual meeting logistics and the physical front desk. The role blends strong organizational abilities with excellent communication skills to ensure smooth interview sessions, onboarding calls, and a welcoming reception area.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and host all corporate Zoom sessions on time, including interviews, onboarding briefings, and client calls.
• Configure Zoom settings such as waiting rooms, security, recordings, breakout rooms, and participant permissions.
• Admit candidates, introduce HR panels, and manage seamless transitions during live sessions.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, or connectivity issues instantly.
• Maintain accurate session logs and securely store video recordings.
• Greet visitors, verify interview schedules, distribute application forms, and manage waiting‑area timelines.
• Screen, route, and log incoming telephone calls and messages.
• Update visitor logs and assist in preparing interview packs or onboarding kits.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a front‑desk, reception, or customer‑facing role.
• Experience in HR or recruitment coordination is a strong plus.
• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) education.
• Fluent verbal Urdu and English with professional English writing skills.

Required skills

• Zoom – host controls, breakout rooms, backend settings.
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Basic troubleshooting of audio, video, and network issues.
