About the role
Johnson Smith & Co is looking for a motivated and organised Administrative Officer to join its Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage day‑to‑day office tasks efficiently in a professional UK‑based accounting firm environment. Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative and office tasks
- Handle emails, client correspondence, and telephone calls professionally
- Maintain and organise client records and documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow‑ups
- Assist the accounts team with administrative support tasks
- Prepare and manage spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents
- Maintain proper filing systems and data entry records
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
- Support HR and management with routine office administration
Required profile
- 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Experience in a UK‑based firm will be an advantage
