About the role
The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding will lead high‑volume recruitment initiatives while supporting HR business partner activities for assigned functions. The role combines end‑to‑end talent acquisition with workforce planning, retention, and internal mobility responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously, overseeing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer management, salary negotiation, onboarding, and closure.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, talent databases, direct outreach, and market mapping; build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow‑ups, and professional offer processes.
- Act as HR point of contact for assigned departments, advising on talent acquisition, workforce planning, retention strategies, organizational structure, and internal mobility.
- Collaborate with heads of department and line managers to understand manpower needs, align HR support, and drive timely decision‑making.
- Track hiring progress against approved headcount plans, identify gaps or risks, and support budgeting and position planning with accurate data reporting.
Required profile
- Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong execution focus.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment and HR priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in high‑volume recruitment and HR business partnering.
Required skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and major job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Experience using talent databases and market mapping techniques.
- Knowledge of recruitment tracking and reporting tools.
