Assistant Manager – Technical (CCTV & Networking)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Technical will oversee ICT system integration projects focused on CCTV and networking for a leading system integrator in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves ensuring reliable operation, providing technical support, and delivering training to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee integration of CCTV and networking systems for government and private clients.
• Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance and repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Train end users and internal team members on system usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions on schedule and within quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage responsibilities under tight schedules.
