About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long‑term clients. The role demands strong presentation abilities, confident English communication, and a proactive sales mindset.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow‑ups.
  • Schedule and attend virtual or in‑person client meetings, including site visits.
  • Deliver professional presentations and tailored pitches to prospects.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM records, and report performance to management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7‑8 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven mindset.
