Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager will lead Nestlé’s corporate and digital communication strategy in Pakistan, overseeing both external brand building and internal engagement initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior leadership and works closely with the CEO and other executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated external communication plans across social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), the corporate website, and digital PR channels.
• Produce high‑impact corporate videos, publications (annual report, CSR brochures) and manage online reputation through macro‑blogs and influencers.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning, branding and execution of all Nestlé corporate events, both external and internal.
• Draft senior‑executive communications, including CEO speeches, talking points and visual content for multiple platforms.
• Manage internal digital channels such as Workplace by Facebook, Our NEST, newsletters, emailers and video screens, and drive global/internal campaigns at the market level.
• Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines across all sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of communications experience, preferably with multinationals, large local corporates, INGOs or international donors.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership on communication strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communication, international relations or a related field from an HEC‑approved or reputable international institution.
• Experience in agency management, stakeholder engagement and crisis/reputation management.
