About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lahore and operates during the night shift. The role focuses on handling customer interactions, delivering clear communication, and supporting operational needs for a growing service‑focused company.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat or email.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions in the company’s system.
- Assist with operational tasks and support the night‑shift team.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve service quality.
Required profile
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Willingness and ability to work night‑shift hours.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication abilities.
