Customer Success Coordinator – US Operations

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to manage US logistics coordination and customer operations from its Karachi office. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on real‑time problem solving, inbound and cold calling, and professional communication with US customers and drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate in real time among US customers, carriers, and logistics teams.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls without scripted conversations.
• Use advanced CRM and tracking systems to monitor shipments and resolve issues.
• Provide operational problem‑solving support for US‑based logistics.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident professional communication with US customers and drivers.
• Experience in international support (6 months – 1 year preferred) or fresh graduates with exceptional English fluency and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Base salary PKR 45,000 – 80,000 per month.
