DFS Executive – Data Analysis & Operations

About the role

The DFS Executive will support Jazz’s Digital Financial Services (DFS) ecosystem by scrutinising data, generating insights and ensuring smooth operational delivery. This role combines data analysis, reporting and cross‑functional coordination to drive performance across franchise and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse sales trends, daily and monthly DFS performance (M‑Wallets, Cash‑In, Domestic Remittance).
• Handle DFS operations including agent onboarding, credit monitoring and regional promotion design.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards and presentations for channel performance to senior management.
• Escalate and resolve channel complaints, sharing resolution details with the sales team.
• Manage franchise documentation (induction, ownership changes, suspension, termination).
• Develop and conduct training sessions for franchise partners based on business needs.
• Provide backend support for new partner induction and assign JazzCash credit to selected franchises.
• Monitor performance of franchise and retail channels, identify improvement areas and recommend actions.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (B.Sc/M.Sc or BBA/MBA) from a reputable university – preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to produce clear, data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Energetic, fast‑learning attitude with high potential for growth.
• Professionalism, responsibility, resilience and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
