About the role
Umrah Insights, a UK‑based travel agency, is looking for an experienced Hajj & Umrah Consultant/Travel Agent to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on selling Hajj and Umrah packages and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah travel packages.
- Manage airline ticketing and fare calculations in accordance with regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Umrah travel industry.
- Proven Hajj and Umrah sales experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Required skills
- Knowledge of airline ticketing rules & regulations.
- Understanding of airline fare structures.
