About the role
We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Lahore office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all clients and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk operations, greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer, route, and take messages for incoming calls with a courteous phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and organize files and documents.
- Assist clients with inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic issues.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and document handling.
Required profile
- Proven ability to manage reception tasks and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience with clerical duties including appointment scheduling and document organization.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Computer literacy with familiarity in basic office software.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a client‑facing role is an advantage.
