HR and Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR and Digital Marketing Specialist to independently manage talent acquisition, performance management and drive digital marketing initiatives. The role is fully remote and reports directly to senior leadership, ensuring HR processes and marketing campaigns align with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage performance management cycles, including evaluations, feedback and improvement plans.
• Design, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Create and oversee content marketing across digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align HR and marketing activities with business goals.
• Maintain clear communication with employees, candidates and stakeholders in English.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and marketing regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in HR functions and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, able to balance dual responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a results‑driven mindset.
