Legal Research & Documentation Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Research & Documentation Associate to support our blockchain‑focused advisory practice. You will work remotely with a UK‑based team, analysing regulations, drafting contracts and helping clients navigate the complex world of digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Research UK and international laws related to blockchain, cryptocurrency, digital assets and FinTech.
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare briefing notes, reports and regulatory summaries.
• Draft, review and analyse commercial, partnership, shareholder and engagement agreements, identifying legal and commercial risks.
• Assist with company formation, restructuring, corporate governance and compliance documentation for domestic and international entities.
• Support business development by building relationships with accounting, legal and blockchain associations, and preparing partnership proposals.
• Maintain organised legal files, support client onboarding and assist with special research projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interest in blockchain regulation, FinTech law, business and contract law.
• Enjoys legal research, drafting complex documents and analysing regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Desire to build a career in the rapidly evolving digital‑asset and financial‑services compliance space.
