Maintenance Lead – HSSE Compliance & Team Management

About the role

The Maintenance Lead will oversee operational maintenance delivery across regional service stations, ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards. The role combines supplier management, budget control, and proactive service delivery to protect asset integrity and support the Customer Value Proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and validate HSSE compliance for all maintenance activities.
• Manage supplier accreditation, re‑accreditation, and performance monitoring.
• Supervise the Permit to Work (PTW) system and provide related training.
• Conduct asset condition surveys and prepare performance reports.
• Develop and execute the annual maintenance planning cycle, including budget allocation and cost monitoring.
• Analyze financial variances, adjust forecasts, and verify maintenance invoices.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts and maintain accurate asset data in maintenance management systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance management within the fuel station or petroleum industry.
• Strong understanding of HSSE regulations and safe work practices.
• Ability to lead a small team and collaborate with cross‑functional groups.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
