Operations Manager – Central

About the role

AHG Flavours is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Central to lead operational excellence across its store network. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability and ensuring brand standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, revenue, profitability and operational performance across the region.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, food safety, hygiene and quality requirements.
• Monitor inventory, control wastage and variances, and optimise operational expenses.
• Conduct regular store visits and review sales, team and overall business performance.
• Lead, coach and develop store teams while building a strong talent pipeline through succession planning.
• Set and monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve customer experience, productivity and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend initiatives for business growth and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar operations manager role, preferably within QSR, Food & Beverage, Retail or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership, analytical, people‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and drive teams toward business objectives.
