Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Partnerships Manager will lead the bank’s strategic digital partnership programme, identifying high‑value opportunities, coordinating partner engagement, and ensuring compliant execution. This role focuses on building long‑term alliances that enhance customer experience and accelerate the bank’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop partnership plans, target partner lists, and growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Support negotiation, onboarding, and execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor partnership risks and ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and Shariah requirements.
• Prepare business cases, assess commercial viability, and assist with budget planning for partnerships.
• Track partnership performance, share insights, and recommend improvements to management.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in banking, fintech, or digital financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
