Project Coordinator – Operations & Community Support

About the role
Alphabridge is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to serve as the backbone of its community operations. You will ensure day‑to‑day tasks, schedules, and projects are executed smoothly, supporting the Community Manager and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the community calendar, schedule posts, and organize meeting invitations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date member databases and record community activities and successes.
- Assist with event logistics, including venue booking, Zoom link setup, and reminder distribution.
- Compile weekly or monthly reports on community growth and participation.
- Coordinate onboarding for new members and liaise with external speakers and partners.
- Collaborate with the in‑house team to align daily tasks and priorities.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Experience using project‑management tools and spreadsheet applications.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
