About the role
We are looking for a Remote Interview Booking Specialist to support our growing recruitment team. In this role you will manage interview logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers across U.S. business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Contact candidates to arrange interview times.
- Coordinate schedules between applicants and hiring managers.
- Confirm interview appointments and send reminders.
- Update scheduling systems and applicant tracking records.
- Support recruitment communication and overall operations.
- Track candidate attendance and interview progress.
- Assist with broader hiring coordination tasks.
Required profile
- Strong phone and communication abilities.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of scheduling.
- Organized and detail‑focused.
- Previous recruiting coordination experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable remote office setup.
