Sales Engineer – Industrial FRP Solutions

About the role

Fibre Craft Industries is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to expand its industrial client base for FRP composite products. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our engineering team, delivering tailored solutions that meet market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads across industrial and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and corporate clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to guarantee on‑time project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to quickly grasp and clearly explain technical products.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
