Sales Executive – Logistics & Freight Services

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Cargo Solution Services in the fast‑moving logistics and freight market. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients across air, sea and door‑to‑door logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting individual and team targets.
• Use CRM software to track activities, client interactions and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to enhance customer experience.
• Negotiate profitable deals while safeguarding company interests.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Support junior sales staff through training and best‑practice sharing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or freight services.
• Age 22–35, dynamic, customer‑centric and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Leadership qualities at an operational level and confidence in using technology tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 40,000 – PKR 65,000 per month.
• Conveyance and petrol allowances included in the salary package.
• Commission of 30% above target and sales target set at 2.5 × monthly salary.
• Potential future car or bike policy based on sales performance.
