About the role
The Senior Sales Engineer will lead business development for concrete solutions in the Central Region of Pakistan. Reporting to the regional sales leadership, you will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to grow Sika’s market share.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the concrete target market in the Central Region.
- Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities with consultants, contractors and ready‑mix producers.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships through technical support, solution‑based selling and project follow‑ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technical and R&D teams to introduce innovative solutions aligned with market needs.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and project pipelines to inform strategic decisions.
- Achieve sales volume, margin and collection targets set by the company.
- Represent Sika at technical seminars, exhibitions and customer engagement events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 4–7 years of sales or business development experience in construction chemicals or the concrete industry.
- Strong technical understanding of concrete admixtures and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑driven with solid business acumen and knowledge of the regional market.
