Senior Technical Lead (Gen AI + Python)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in building production‑grade agentic AI systems. You will own the architecture and delivery of autonomous AI applications, multi‑agent platforms, and large‑scale AI‑powered products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents, multi‑agent orchestration frameworks, and complex workflow pipelines.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, long‑term memory, and contextual reasoning components.
• Lead architecture decisions for AI‑driven products, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
• Mentor engineering teams, conduct technical reviews, and define AI roadmaps with product stakeholders.
• Build and maintain cloud‑native backend services, APIs, micro‑services, and event‑driven systems supporting AI workloads.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong Python expertise.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience building agentic AI applications in production.
• Proven track record designing and deploying multi‑agent systems for commercial use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, function/tool calling, prompt engineering, and AI safety.
