HR Generalist – Night Shift

About the role

Tekboox is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the team on a night shift schedule. The role focuses on managing core HR functions, policy development, and employee lifecycle activities to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and regularly update HR policies in line with company objectives and compliance standards.
• Design, track and evaluate departmental and individual KPIs to drive performance.
• Manage employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle employee relations, negotiations and disciplinary matters effectively.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR SOPs for streamlined operations.
• Oversee payroll processing and attendance management with accuracy.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation and HR compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities when required and support onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on HR Generalist experience, preferably in BPO or IT.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently on night shift (5 pm–2 am or 6 pm–3 am).

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software, preferably FlowHCM.
