About the role

The Sales Executive will convert trial users of the Fit health and wellness product into paying members. This is a closing role focused on high‑volume phone and WhatsApp outreach.

Key responsibilities

Call a high volume of trial users daily, building rapport and guiding them toward membership.
Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales confidently.
Log every lead, call, and follow‑up accurately in the tracker.
Pass real user feedback to the product team.

Required profile

0‑3 years of experience or fresh graduate; attitude matters more than years.
Confident, persuasive speaker comfortable with long, back‑to‑back calls.
Target‑driven and motivated by hitting and beating numbers.
Fluent in Urdu and English, able to speak Roman Urdu.

Required skills

Strong phone communication and persuasion abilities.
Disciplined follow‑up and CRM/tracker maintenance.
