Senior Field Sales Representative for End Users & Strategic Customers

About the role

The Senior End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative II supports the Secure Power Organization and works closely with pre‑sales teams to drive growth through Schneider Electric’s channel and distribution partners. The role leads the Partner Charter deployment, manages commercial relationships and ensures partners achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive partner and distributor order growth to meet agreed targets.
• Define, monitor and update business plans for each partner, including 1‑3 year market ambitions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, track performance and escalate support when needed.
• Coordinate partner selection, onboarding and rationalisation to fill go‑to‑market gaps.
• Deliver commercial enablement by keeping partners informed of new offers and supporting joint sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in sales management, channel enablement or partner development for software/services.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel 25‑50% regionally.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the data‑center and UPS markets.
• Understanding of legal and contractual commercial rights.
• Technologically savvy with familiarity in software solutions.
