Senior Lead HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Lead – HR Business Partner acts as a strategic ally to senior leadership, shaping HR initiatives that support business objectives. You will drive a culture of accountability and integrity while using data‑driven insights to improve HR processes and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to assess business needs and design tailored HR solutions.
• Produce comprehensive HR analytics reports on metrics, workforce planning and engagement.
• Oversee implementation of HR processes and programs to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Advise on complex employee‑relations issues, compliance and performance management.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR systems and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or business‑partner capacity.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and communicate effectively.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, best practices and compliance.
