About the role

A remote, full-time AI developer position worldwide, building client-facing products and internal systems for a small agency. You will ship marketing websites, AI chatbots and voice agents, and automation workflows, with a focus on outcomes rather than just code.

• Maintain, monitor and improve what you ship in production

Required profile

• A portfolio of shipped projects: sites, apps, bots or automations, with links or demos
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into products people actually use
• Outcome mindset: asks what the business needs, then picks the tool
• Comfortable debugging in production and documenting as you go

Required skills

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and working Python
• Hands-on with n8n, Make or Zapier, with real workflows
• Modern web fundamentals

What we offer

• 100% remote work from anywhere, async-first with 3-4 hour response times and weekly check-ins
• Competitive pay based on experience and results, reviewed as you grow
