About the role
Lead the planning and execution of digital and AI initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring each project aligns with the organization’s business objectives. Drive ideas from concept through proof‑of‑concept, pilot, and full deployment while measuring impact on efficiency and ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the roadmap of digital and AI projects across departments.
- Support the full project lifecycle from feasibility checks to proof‑of‑concept, pilot testing, and rollout.
- Establish performance metrics to evaluate efficiency gains, cost optimization, and return on investment.
- Partner with operational teams to streamline processes, provide training, and ensure high user adoption of new AI tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in managing technology or AI projects.
