Appointment Setter & Cold Caller – Australian Campaign

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Appointment Setter & Cold Caller to join our Australian solar campaign. You will engage Australian homeowners, generate interest in solar power solutions, and schedule in‑person sessions with our Solar Specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to Australian homeowners to promote solar panels and battery systems.
- Qualify prospects and set appointments for the Solar Specialist.
- Send meeting invites, follow‑up reminders, and manage confirmations to reduce no‑shows.
- Accurately log all calls, contacts, and appointments in the system.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales or appointment‑setting experience (preferred).
- Fluent English with a confident, professional phone manner.
- Self‑driven and comfortable working an early‑morning shift (4:00 am – 12:30 pm).
- Call‑centre or BPO background is a plus.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary: PKR 60,000 – 110,000 per month plus uncapped commissions.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 4:00 am – 12:30 pm.
- On‑site work at Phase V, Tauheed Commercial, DHA, Karachi.
