Assistant Manager Production (Tyre & Tube)

About the role

Darson Industries is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Production (Tyre & Tube) to lead production operations in its Wazirabad facility. The role focuses on improving process efficiency, maintaining product quality, and achieving departmental performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs to ensure production targets are met.
• Maintain effective process control and uphold quality standards throughout manufacturing.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in tyre and tube manufacturing.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of tyre and tube manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and quality assurance.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
