B2B Sales Development Representative – US Shift

About the role

Join a fast‑growing design and estimation service provider as a B2B Sales Development Representative, making outbound calls to US construction companies on a US‑time night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified US construction leads.
• Introduce design and estimation services clearly and confidently.
• Engage decision‑makers, build rapport and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM/spreadsheet records.
• Continuously improve pitch, scripts and objection handling.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or fluent accent.
• Experience in cold calling, call centre or outbound sales (BPO background a plus).
• Comfortable working night shift aligned with US hours.
• Self‑motivated, coachable and performance‑driven.
