Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Gujranwala branch of Dawood Family Takaful Ltd, overseeing daily operations, sales of Family Takaful products and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all branch activities, including sales, customer service and cash handling.
• Develop and implement branch business plans and achieve sales and performance targets.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate branch staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor operational processes, ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and local stakeholders.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Promote DFTL’s values and product offerings within the local market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch operations, team supervision and performance management.
• Strong sales and business development capabilities in financial services or insurance.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of Islamic financial principles and Takaful concepts, or willingness to learn.
• Solid organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication in local languages and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Prior managerial experience in banking, insurance, Takaful or similar financial services.
