Brand Specialist – Digital Channels

About the role

The Brand Specialist will drive brand strategy and execution across Jazz Lifestyle Ventures' four digital products, ensuring consistent messaging and strong market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of brand strategies for Tamasha, Simosa, ZARR and Social Plus.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market campaigns for new features and product launches.
• Maintain brand consistency in messaging, tone and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Design and manage integrated brand and marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Track campaign performance, define KPIs, build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
• Design and run A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, performance‑marketing, social media and PR teams to amplify reach.
• Lead lookbook and editorial content creation for ZARR’s fashion marketplace.
• Develop and manage user‑generated content strategies to foster authentic storytelling.
• Craft bundling and upsell communications for Simosa to increase feature adoption.
• Develop loyalty and rewards programmes to improve retention across the portfolio.
• Build community engagement frameworks for Social Plus and other platforms.
• Leverage social listening and sentiment analysis to refine messaging.
• Analyse industry trends, competitor activity and audience insights to inform branding decisions.
