Business Associate – Offline Payments

About the role

easypaisa is expanding its offline payments business and seeks a bilingual Business Associate to support strategic product initiatives. The role works closely with the Chief of Staff, product managers, designers, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support offline payments initiatives by tracking priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Lead end‑to‑end ownership of assigned product initiatives from ideation through launch, including research, gap analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare bilingual meeting notes, business analysis, project updates, and management materials in English and Chinese.
• Define and manage product road‑maps, groom backlogs, and ensure delivery aligns with technical capacity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of experience with product or technology teams in requirement‑gathering or business analysis.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, able to participate in professional meetings and produce written materials in both languages.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in an ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
